Your balance is held in a smart contract, backed 1:1 in USDC, and separate from Tierlock’s and the operator’s operating funds. Tierlock may hold, restrict, or reverse activity where required for verification, fraud, sanctions, or other legal and compliance reasons, as described in the End User Agreement.
Do I need to understand crypto to use this?
Not at all. You’ll see a normal wallet with a normal balance. The smart contracts do their work invisibly. The only difference you’ll notice is that your funds and prizes are verifiable instead of promised.
Do I have to pay to enter giveaways?

What happens to players who cheat?
Players can be removed from Tierlock’s own TierBox promotions. In an operator’s promotion, Tierlock’s fraud tools flag multi-accounting and prize manipulation and the operator decides what to do.
What if my payout is delayed or I think something is wrong?
Contact Tierlock support directly through the app. Because every prize is funded before the promotion opens and every entry, drawing, and payout is logged, most issues are resolved by checking the record. If a dispute involves the operator’s promotion rules, Tierlock’s compliance record provides a clear answer.
