Run bigger promotions with better documentation

Tierlock is the enterprise sweepstakes management software that lets you run compliant promotions, manage payouts, and grow revenue without worrying about payment processing. Player funds are held in limited-purpose intermediary wallets, backed 1:1 in USDC. Operators fund prizes; payment processing is performed by independent third-party payment processors.

Tierlock’s sweepstakes compliance engine lets you lock program parameters so that a configuration outside your counsel’s specifications cannot be launched.

Most operators go from first demo to first live giveaway in a few weeks: demo, compliance configuration, wallet and prize funding setup, then launch. Our team handles integration so you don’t need in-house developers.

Most operators configure their first promotion in a single demo session. Our team walks you through the TEU AMOE engine, you input your promotion rules, and the engine validates them in real time. If a configuration doesn’t meet those requirements, we either help you restructure it or explain why it can’t comply.

After launch, you get ongoing support. We also monitor your account for changes in sweepstakes law and flag updates that might affect your promotions.

Sweepstakes law is state-specific and evolving. Tierlock monitors regulatory updates and flags changes that affect your account. If a promotion becomes non-compliant due to a legal change, we notify you and help you restructure it.
