Our story

What is Tierlock?

Tierlock is a software company providing compliance and payments infrastructure, built on blockchain technology. In plain terms, that means transactions run on a shared, public ledger instead of living inside one company’s private database, so everyone involved can verify what happened instead of just taking someone’s word for it. On top of that transparency, Tierlock runs smart contracts, which is really just an automated, rule-based way of holding and releasing funds once agreed-upon conditions are met. We built Tierlock to bring that same transparency and automation to skill-based gaming and sweepstakes, giving operators and players a way to run promotions and handle payouts without relying on trust alone.

How we work

Our Principles

Funds stay outside the business

Wallet balances and prize pools are held in a smart contract, backed 1:1 in USDC, separate from Tierlock’s and the operator’s operating funds. Records are written to a tamper-evident ledger, so balances stay verifiable without relying on trust alone.

Compliance built in from the beginning

Our sweepstakes compliance engine enforces what operators have to get right at the transaction level. Identity verification (KYC) confirms who your players are, sanctions screening (AML) blocks high-risk individuals, and age checks ensure only adults participate.

Prizes funded before entries open

A giveaway isn’t fair if the prize might not exist. Payouts are funded 1:1 before the first player enters. Winner verification and payout are automatic.

Bad actors get banned

Fraud protection is essential. Tierlock’s fraud tools flag multi-accounting and prize manipulation so the operator can act on it.

Who we serve

Built for the people who run the games and the people who play them

For Operators

We provide the skill-based gaming software that handles the hard parts: sweepstakes compliance, back-office management, and payments.

Built for a high-risk industry

Traditional processors treat skill-based gaming as high-risk, freezing or closing accounts.

Limited-Purpose Intermediary Wallets

Player funds sit in smart contracts, backed 1:1 in USDC, held separately from operating funds.

Compliance built into the platform

KYC/AML, age verification, entry rules, payouts, and audit trails are built into the platform.

For Players

Our software and infrastructure enable fair giveaways and secure transactions because a game is only worth playing when winning actually pays.

Prizes funded before you enter

Every giveaway locks the full prize amount before entries open, so you’re never playing for a prize that might not exist.

Winnings held separately

Your winnings are held separately from operating funds and are verifiable at all times.

Fair play, checked automatically

Tierlock’s fraud tools flag multi-accounting and prize manipulation so the operator can act on it.
