Built for the people who run the games and the people who play them
Run compliant sweepstakes without the legal guesswork
Enterprise sweepstakes management software with TEU AMOE compliance, prize-funded giveaways, and a full back office, all built for skill-based gaming operators.
Every prize is funded before you enter
Your balance is held in a smart contract, backed 1:1 in USDC, and recorded to your account. Every giveaway runs through the same TEU AMOE compliance engine operators rely on, so prizes are funded before entries open.

Funds held separately from operating funds
Traditional payment processors hold your money in accounts the business controls. On Tierlock, player funds are held in limited-purpose intermediary wallets, backed 1:1 in USDC, separate from Tierlock’s and the operator’s operating funds.
- Held separately from operating funds. Player balances are held separately from Tierlock’s and the operator’s operating funds and are not used as working capital, so they can’t be claimed by creditors or borrowed against, no matter what happens to the business.
- Verifiable balances. Tierlock balances are held separately from operating funds and are verifiable at all times.
- Prizes funded before entries open. Every giveaway is backed 1:1 in USDC, so winner payouts are set aside before entries open and held in a smart contract.
Your Tierlock Wallet is not a bank account, a deposit account, or an investment account. Balances are not insured by the FDIC or any government agency. Tierlock holds Wallet value as a limited-purpose intermediary, not as a bank, trustee, escrow agent, or fiduciary, and credited value may be reversed in the circumstances described in the End User Agreement.
Compliance is our engine
Most sweepstakes gaming software bolts compliance on at the end. Tierlock’s TEU AMOE technology builds the requirements a compliant sweepstakes must meet into transactions.
Sweepstakes laws require a genuine free entry method known as the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). When you offer AMOE, your promotion is legally a sweepstakes, not gambling, which makes it legal in most U.S. states and far more acceptable to banks and payment processors. Tierlock’s TEU (Tierlock Entry Unit) automates this based on your rules — an alternative method of entry, applied automatically to the operator’s configured rules, so every entry is genuine, equal-odds, and logged permanently.
Entry mechanics are structured so consideration is never attached to chance, and our rule engine blocks non-compliant configurations before they launch. Winner selection, verification, and fraud protection all run on-platform, and funded prizes are paid the moment a winner clears.
Who’s Behind Tierlock
Tierlock is a software company providing compliance and payments infrastructure, built on blockchain technology. In plain terms, that means we record transactions on a shared, public ledger instead of keeping them inside one company’s private database — so on top of that transparency, we can run smart contracts, which is really just an automated, rule-based way of holding and releasing funds once agreed-upon conditions are met.
We built Tierlock because most disputes over money come down to one side not trusting the other. Our platform removes that problem: you don’t have to trust the operator, the player, or take Tierlock’s word for it — you just have to trust that the technology enforces the same rules every time. It’s built and run by a team of operators, compliance specialists, and blockchain engineers who’ve seen those disputes firsthand.
