Run bigger promotions with better documentation
Tierlock is the enterprise sweepstakes management software that lets you run compliant promotions, manage payouts, and grow revenue without worrying about payment processing. Player funds are held in limited-purpose intermediary wallets, backed 1:1 in USDC. Operators fund prizes; payment processing is performed by independent third-party payment processors.

Sweepstakes law comes down to a few requirements operators generally have to satisfy.
Tierlock’s sweepstakes compliance engine lets you lock program parameters so that a configuration outside your counsel’s specifications cannot be launched.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from running payments through another processor?
Player funds are held separately from your operating accounts and backed 1:1 in USDC.
What exactly does the TEU AMOE compliance engine do?
It enforces the requirements operators generally have to satisfy for a compliant sweepstakes: a genuine free method of entry, the absence of consideration and verifiable winner selection.
Before any promotion launches, the engine checks your promotion rules against those requirements. Non-compliant configurations are blocked so you can catch issues before they go live. Every compliance-related event is logged automatically for your records.
Do my players need to understand crypto or smart contracts?
No. Players see a normal wallet, normal balances, and normal payouts. The USDC-backed smart contract works underneath. Your Tierlock Wallet is not a bank account, a deposit account, or an investment account. Balances are not insured by the FDIC or any government agency. Tierlock holds Wallet value as a limited-purpose intermediary, not as a bank, trustee, escrow agent, or fiduciary, and credited value may be reversed in the circumstances described in the End User Agreement.
What does onboarding look like and how long does it take?
Most operators go from first demo to first live giveaway in a few weeks: demo, compliance configuration, wallet and prize funding setup, then launch. Our team handles integration so you don’t need in-house developers.
How long does compliance configuration take, and what does support look like?
Most operators configure their first promotion in a single demo session. Our team walks you through the TEU AMOE engine, you input your promotion rules, and the engine validates them in real time. If a configuration doesn’t meet those requirements, we either help you restructure it or explain why it can’t comply.
After launch, you get ongoing support. We also monitor your account for changes in sweepstakes law and flag updates that might affect your promotions.
What if state laws change or a regulator challenges a promotion?
Sweepstakes law is state-specific and evolving. Tierlock monitors regulatory updates and flags changes that affect your account. If a promotion becomes non-compliant due to a legal change, we notify you and help you restructure it.
If a regulator ever challenges a promotion you ran on TierLock, you have a complete audit trail showing that the promotion was configured as compliant at launch, every entry and drawing was logged, and every winner was verified. That documentation is one reason why operators choose platforms with built-in compliance logging.
Can Tierlock integrate with my existing game library or website?
Yes. Tierlock provides APIs and webhooks so you can connect your existing games, player database, and website. You can also use Tierlock’s built-in game integrations, like Golden Dragon and Diamond Dragon, if you prefer a ready-to-go solution.
Most operators run a hybrid model. They feed their games into Tierlock for player KYC, compliance checking, payments, and payouts. Our team helps you map the integration during onboarding.
